| I'm quite sure there are other things we cudst argue over... we shud compile a list in case we do ever tire of the more well used subjects.
*makes additions to the list*
1) my decision to have Marie wed Robert Dudley
2) Marie's insistance that I send armies to Scotland to get her back her crown for five minutes before they all fight again, kill her entire household again and then scare her into marrying yet another lunatic
...and I wudst cheer for the French side if my little frog were playing. I shudst like to see him beat Robyn in some game or other, tho tis most unlikely unless it were a game requiring patience and good temper. Perhaps an international Tiddlywinks tournament is in order?

| Just think Marie, had your Francis remained and I hadst married the Duc D'Anjou we wudst be sisters!
Though I think myself lucky to have escaped having a Medici mother-in-law!

| *Makes addition to list
1)Elizabeth's blatant hypocrisy
2)Anything involving Robert Dudley
3) Your barrenness
An international tiddly-winks tourtament? I liketh not that game, it beeth too english. What about a cross-channel staring match instead?
And please, speaketh not of Madame Serpent, she is a most hateful bitch.

| I wudst have thou know I cudst provide heirs enough to fill the whole palace if I saw fit... but screetching brats doth make my head ache, my blood boil and set my teeth on edge.
Besides, I have no wish to loose my tiny figure and will let none incarcerate me in the dark during a period of "confinement" while men doth try to run and ruin my country.
It wud also help with the heir business if I didst have a husband, but I liketh them even less than I like children. In my experiance husbands must either kill you or be killed. As such I think you have been doing a very fine job staying alive through three marriages.

| Oh, thank thee. I may not have survived my cousin, but my husbands put not a scratch on my body nor a hair off my head.
Children are wonderful! My little son James is the joy of my life! ... Am I allowed to mention him in your new code of laws?
While I may hate the Medici's, I will not throw aside everything my Mother worked for, everything my dearest Francis loved and all the pomp and glory of my Faith just because an Italian owns the office!

| Of course James can be mentioned, I find myself quite fond of him. He seems most intelligent, is a good correspondant to mine ministers, a good protestant Prince... and I get the impression he favours my lords Leicester and Essex almost as much as I do! | |

| Okay. I shall take from them that my son is most kind to your nobles out of shrewd political philosophy. | |

I hath not read these works but I shud say, do not believe everything you read ... if my skin doth not sparkle it is because of my profound misery.
*frowns* It was my hope to keep my malady a private matter as I certainly mean no harm to anyone here. However if my presense here doth offend I can of course take my leave.

| Alas, Sir Nicholas. It is nice to meet somebody who is also 'abnormal'.
*smiles*
If you did not know - I am the descendant of the Water Goddess Melunisa. She speaks to me. She shows me things. She sings to me. I have 'The Sight'.
My mother had it, my daughter had it and thus her daughters, and grandaughters by birth right should have it. However, the line only passes through females so Marie Stuart and Elizabeth Tudor were not 'gifted' as it were. A shame, I believe they could have used their powers well.
I am a child of the water, and I believe the water 'speaks to me'.

| Your words comfort me My Lady *bows* really you doth not know what it means to be accepted and not feared, loathed. I am not an evil creature though a great evil has been done to me.
I did not know of your lineage but it doth not surprise me, there is a presence, an aura that surrounds thee, I can sense thee power. It wudst please me to hear more of your Goddess decendant.

| I do not believe you betrayed me my darling. I know not how the secret of my curse is known to others now or to how many it is known.
I regret that soon I may have to flee this house, lest I bring danger to myself and my dear friend Elizabeth you has in kindness offered me protection in her household.

| (OOC: Abandonment issues .... lol )
I shall only leave this house if my dear friend Elizabeth wishes it. I shall not bring unwanted attention or danger to her realm or household. I would wish very much to remain here.
