As for my skills as a dancer I have no answer. I must admit I have not danced in a very long time but for you I shall try and perhaps when we are done you will not judge me too harshly.

It is not my intention to insult, as I told you before. I merely speak openly and honestly, particularly when I feel I must defend one's honor.

Alas, fate wilt not allow for such things no matter how I wish of them, and when it comes down to it tis literally a matter of life and death. I cannot trust her not to have my head the instant my back is turned and so I must remove hers. I wudst delay this horror as long as I can, but with the safety of my realm, the livs of my non-Catholic subjects and my own life in the balance tis folly to wait too long.

If mine ministers can bring proof to me of her intent to have me murdered for nothing other than holding the crown and the reformist religion in my heart I shall have no choice but to sign her death warrant.

Tis also rare for me to have someone to talk to with whom I can speak of mine mother Anne. Alas, father's men have lied well of her character and I fear she may go down in the hostory books as all manner of things I know she was not. I have to hide my love of her daily though I keep her image close to me at all times and think of how she wudst guide me through my troubles.
